Secure Mail Services (SMS) provides a range of collection and delivery services
to applicants of USA Visas and USA Passports on behalf of the Consular Section.
US Passports
For those eligible to apply for a US Passport by mail Secure Mail Services offer
a secure Collection Service.
You will need to visit the Passport Information section on the
US Embassy Website to determine if you are eligible for this service.
If you are required or choose to make your application in person at the Embassy
then Secure Mail Services will securely deliver your passport and documents to
you when the application has been processed. The SMS
Passport Delivery Service can
be purchased from an SMS representative in the lobby of the American Citizen
Services on the day of your scheduled appointment.
US Visas
For those eligible to apply for a US Visa by mail, or are required to submit
additional documents in order for their application to be processed, SMS offer a
secure Collection Service.
You should visit the Visa Services section on the US Embassy
Website to determine if you are eligible to apply for your visa by mail.
If you are required or choose to make your application in person at the Embassy
then SMS will securely deliver your passport and documents to you when the
application has been processed. The SMS
