Secure Mail Services offers a variety of bespoke and intelligent services
for ticket clients including the Mandatory Signature service for events
such as Glastonbury (80,000 envelopes), V Festival (25,000 envelopes) and
the Leeds and Reading Festivals (53,500 envelopes). This service requires a
named recipient to sign for their item at the point of delivery. Standard
service options include next day delivery 8am to 6pm at a lower cost than
other comparable services.
Event tickets are often sold up to 12 months ahead of an event date, yet are
not delivered until a very short time in advance of the event. Consequently,
address data for customers is often out-of-date. We work closely with our
clients to ensure these tickets are recalled and either returned to the
client or to the venue for collection.
Text messaging and Emailing
We can also use text messaging and emailing for immediate, individual,
cost-effective communication with your customers, which enables us to:
- alert customers of the proposed delivery date for their tickets
- offer a choice of delivery dates prior to first attempt for increased
customer satisfaction
- alert your customers regarding difficult or unsuccessful deliveries
